StatMuse: Threes this postseason: 2 — Andre Drummond 1 — Kon Knueppel Kon has played more games too.

Ky Carlin: Andre Drummond after hitting 2 3s tonight, including a dagger one late: “If you would have told Andre Drummond that at 17 years old, playing for Detroit, that he was gonna make a dagger 3. Yeah, I don't think he would believe you.” #Sixers

Tell me about becoming a Creative Director. What was the inspiration behind taking on that kind of role with a brand like Stria Sport, and what does it mean to you personally? Andre Drummond: Honestly, man, it’s a dream come true. Every child that picks up a basketball—or even every kid playing baseball who loves the culture—just wants their own signature shoe. For me, it started with watching my idols. I saw Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant build their own brands and their own worlds. I’d see those sneakers and think, “Damn, I want that to be me one day, too.” It took 14 years of hard work in this league to finally get here. I actually reached out to the team at Stria Sport back in 2021 when I was moving on from Jordan Brand, but at the time, they weren’t quite ready to take on professional athletes. Eric Porter told me to give him a couple of years to build the brand up, and he promised he’d come back with a real proposal. He stayed true to his word. He reached out this past June and asked if I was still a “sneaker free agent.” When he offered me the Creative Director role, equity in the company, and my own signature shoe, it was a no-brainer. This is about ownership, which is bigger than basketball. I’m thinking about my kids; I want them to have a special part of this company that I can hand down to them. It’s an opportunity to use my creative genius for things I’ve always wanted to do, both on and off the court.

Patrick Beverley: You can be 4, it’s ok. You’re probably the only top 10 SG who didn’t shoot 30% from the 3 career wise. You shot 29%. Westbrook who we make names about him shot 31%. Andre Drummond shot 31%…. The game has evolved. James Harden played against better players than you played against. That’s also a fact. James has never missed a playoffs, you missed the playoffs multiple times. That is also a fact. You did it in the East. James had to run into the same team that was getting LeBron ass up out of there

Andre Drummond, the former University of Connecticut star and current member of the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers, has said on social media that he intends to buy the Metro Movies theater in downtown Middletown. Drummond, who is a former Middletown resident, posted on his public Facebook page on March 21 "about to purchase metro movie theater in Middletown." The theater closed abruptly at the start of 2026.

In his post, Drummond asked his followers "what do y'all see it become" and asked them to post their ideas in the comments. As of Tuesday at noon, more than 230 people had commented, with many comments suggesting either reopening the movie theater, some kind of other business or a recreational facility for the city's young people to use. When one suggested converting the former movie theater into a basketball complex, Drummond said "that was my first idea, but I wanted the opinion of the community."

Gina Mizell: Per the Sixers’ afternoon injury report, Jabari Walker remains OUT for tonight’s game against Portland. Adem Bona and Andre Drummond are both listed as questionable with back issues. Bona played yesterday, and his designation is back injury management on the second game of a back to back.

Omari Sankofa II: Chaz is available for the Pistons. Adem Bona is also out for Philly, and Andre Drummond is questionable

Gina Mizell: Howdy from Sixers shootaround, where I just asked Andre Drummond about Joel Embiid sustaining another injury (oblique strain this time) “I want to wrap him in a bubble sheet and give him a hug, man. I just feel like he can’t get a break.”

At shootaround on Monday morning inside Saint Monica Prep's gym, Drummond sat down with Sixers Wire about how he deals with the trade deadline and the uncertainty of it all. "(Expletive), at least they’re talking about you!" Drummond told Sixers Wire. "Somebody wants you. I’ve kinda made this time of the year more fun than taxing. I know it’s a lot for people to deal with having their name brought up and trade rumors and this and that and the third. So, for me, I make it fun like, listen, at least somebody wants me."

"I love being here in Philly," he said succinctly. "I wanna make sure that’s on the record. I love being here in Philly, but that’s the business. (Expletive) does happen and you gotta stay professional and be ready for whatever to come."
