And now, Arenas, 40, is taking another shot at selling the home.

Now that power forward Kelly Olynyk has been traded from the Detroit Pistons to the Utah Jazz, he’s aiming for a handoff of his Michigan lakefront estate. The NBA player recently listed the 1-acre property in Bloomfield Township, MI, for $3.5 million. He had picked it up in September 2021 for $2,995,000, according to Realtor.com® data.

Luka Doncic’s new pad has four bedrooms, six baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, state-of-the-art technology, a pool, and a four-car garage. According to Realtor.com, the house at 9119 Guernsey Lane was only on the market for 33 days before Luka snagged it. His $2.75 million crib is just down the street from his boss, Mavs' owner Mark Cuban.

A Fox Point home is back on the market, this time listed for $3.75 million. The owner is Milwaukee Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer, according to Realtor.com. The home was on the market in early 2018 for $3.48 million (see below). Budenholzer, now in his second year with the Bucks, purchased the home that year for $3.15 million, according to public records.

New York Knicks legend Patrick Ewing is renting out his Cresskill mansion on Vaccaro Drive for $25,000 per month, according to Realtor.com. Ewing bought the house in 2007 for $6.35 million and is trying to sell it for at least $4.8 million but is renting it out in the meantime, per Realtor.com.

Antetokounmpo bought the River Hills mansion from fellow National Basketball Assocation player Mirza Teletovic, and his wife, Maja, according to state property records posted online Friday. Teletovic, a former Milwaukee Buck, retired from basketball in September because of health issues. He is now president of the Bosnian Basketball Federation. Antetokounmpo's new place, with its purchase price of $1.8 million, sounds nice. "Beyond the sweeping tree lined driveway stands a nearly new 5 bedroom, 7.5 bath custom residence," according to a listing at Realtor.com.

Citing data from Realtor.com, HoopsHype lists Bosh’s $12.3 million mansion as the priciest home in the NBA. Bosh’s home is in Miami, making him one of a league-leading 25 players who own a home in Florida. California comes in a close second with 24. As it so happens, Bosh owns a home there as well — it’s the third-most expensive in the league, valued at $9.4 million.
