Stefan Bondy: Karl-Anthony Towns is not on the injury report for tomorrow’s game against the Warriors. He’ll play after missing last night. Josh Hart, who missed two games in a row with knee soreness, is QUESTIONABLE. Jeremy Sochan is also QUESTIONABLE w/ an illness
Dustin Dopirak: Mike Brown says Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart and Jeremy Sochan are all out. They were doubtful going into the game.

Last year the power forward missed EuroBasket due to injury, but the Polish-American has his sights set on playing in the World Cup qualifying windows this summer. “Do I plan to play with the national team in the summer? Definitely. I think if I have the opportunity and it makes sense for me, I always want to represent Poland. We just had qualifiers, so congratulations to the team for two great wins against Latvia , which was a really strong team,” Sochan told MD on Tuesday in Toronto before the Knicks’ 111-95 victory over the Raptors. “In general, I have always, always wanted to represent Poland,” added the 22-year-old forward , who won the European Under-16 Division B Championship with his national team in 2019 and participated in the qualifying phase for the 2024 Olympic Games.

Jeremy Sochan said he wanted to recruit the young Warriors star for Poland and insisted on the idea. “Do I see him playing for Poland? Yes, I mean, we haven’t really talked about it recently, but I think he would be a great addition. He’s a very talented young guy, and that would add more firepower to our team and make it stronger overall. It would be a super exciting and cool thing to do,” the Knicks’ newest addition emphasized after his departure from the Spurs. “The times we spoke, he (Podziemski) was always interested, enthusiastic about it. You never know, we’ll see,” Sochan added.

Jeff McDonald: Ran into a high-spirited Jeremy Sochan in the Knicks' locker room pregame. Asked him if there's any Spurs player he's looking forward to irritating this afternoon. "We'll see," a grinning Sochan said. "I'm gonna talk my s---."

Jeremy Sochan’s transition to the Knicks has not gone smoothly on the court as he tries to recover game conditioning and gets comfortable with his teammates. But he’s confident it will turn around. “It’s a process. It’s my fourth game here,” Sochan said in an interview with The Post. “So we’ll figure it out. We’ll be good.”

In four appearances, Sochan is averaging one point and one rebound in 7.5 minutes. “I think it’s just learning how everyone wants to play. The vibe on the team and all those sorts of things,” Sochan said about his biggest adjustment. “And I think it’s pretty easy for me to learn the playbook. But now it’s learning everybody’s tendencies. What they like and what don’t like. Just trying to figure out that part. That’s offense and defense, too.”

Cunningham had his way with every defender the Knicks threw at him -- whether it was OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges or, late in the game, new addition Jeremy Sochan. Cunningham was 5-of-11 from 3-point range and added two blocks. "I don't think you pick an MVP based off, you know, just one game or one statement," Bickerstaff said. "He's been this way for the entire season. He's dominated both ends of the floor and impacted winning in a major way."

Ian Begley: Mike Brown was asked on Wednesday about the addition of Jeremy Sochan and what it may mean for rookie Mohamed Diawara, who has played well for NYK: “Mo’s had a good season so far. As a young guy — as you guys know, I’ll play young guys and I have played young guys in front of vets before. But I’m going to give Jeremy an opportunity…similar to Tyler (Kolek). Jose (Alvarado) is a vet. He knows the league. The league knows him. He knows the officials and visa versa. So (Sochan and Alvarado are) going to get an opportunity. But at the end of the day I’m going to play who I think is best for us. Right now, Jeremy is new. He hasn’t played for us. So I have to see rather quickly what we have in him before going to the playoffs.”

James Edwards III: Jeremy Sochan on what happened in San Antonio: "No real opportunity in my opinion. It is what it is. It's a deep team. Maybe I didn't see eye-to-eye with coach. I'm just blessed to be somewhere to grow."

James Edwards III: Sochan on what his role will be: "Ceasing whatever opportunity I get."

James Edwards III: Sochan: "I bring a little bit of nasty."
