Marc Stein: Also: Former lottery pick Cam Reddish, who began this season playing in Lithuania after spending the previous two seasons with the Lakers, has entered the @nbagleague player pool, league sources say. Reddish left his previous club Šiauliai in December.

With Reddish's NBA path now seemingly at an end, LeBron's agent, Rich Paul, shared his view on what went wrong. Speaking on Game Over with Max Kellerman and Rich Paul, he explained that the issue was never talent. Instead, it was about role, confidence, and situation. “I watched this kid score 50 of the easiest points. Me and Mav were together, and were like, damn, that looked easy. 6’9, fluid. When he got to college with RJ and Zion, he was kinda the 3rd option,” he said. “That can do something mentally to you, confidence… Then you go to the draft, you're supposed to be a top 5 pick. You go 10th to a team that took a player you were ranked better than the whole time, and in front of you at 4 in DeAndre Hunter. Then you get trade, it’s a circumstance.”

Jovan Buha: I would not say this that they're certainly going to make a move. I I think they are likely to make a move, but that doesn't mean it's going to happen, right? Like I think it's more likely than not. The one thing with this though is if we go back to a couple years to the Mo Bomba Malik Beasley stuff and like how LA had those contracts that they could have done something with and decided not to. That is an example of LA not always maximizing their assets and this has been a bit of a trend in terms of having expiring contracts or different contracts that they can move. Like for example, I had someone tell me last summer, remember last summer was uh that the Cam Reddish contract, they had the Christian Wood contract, and they ultimately sat on those until they had to get rid of them during the season, and it partly cost them Gary Trent Jr., who, my understanding, as I reported last summer, he would have gone to LA over Milwaukee had LA had a roster spot.

Former Los Angeles Lakers forward Cam Reddish has officially parted ways with the Lithuanian team BC Siauliai. The club announced that Reddish decided to leave for personal reasons, and both sides reached a mutual agreement to part ways, with the club retaining the agreed-upon buyout guarantees.

Cam Reddish was unstoppable as Siauliai (3-1) cruised to an 87-80 home win over EuroCup side Lietkabelis Panevezys (2-2) in the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). The American forward led the way with 19 points (4/8 2PT, 1/5 3PT, 8/8 FT), 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and a game-high 25 PIR in just 25 and a half minutes. Over his last three games, Reddish has been a consistent force, averaging 18.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 24.3 PIR.

Cam Reddish, the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, is expected to leave the NBA after six seasons and take his talents to Lithuania. According to BasketNews sources, the 26-year-old wing is in advanced talks to sign with BC Šiauliai, a club with a solid track record in Lithuanian basketball. Reddish's contract would include an exit clause for the 2025–26 season, allowing him to leave if opportunities in the NBA, EuroLeague, or other top-level competitions emerge.

Bobby Marks: Cam Reddish was on an expiring $2.4M contract. The Lakers are still well positioned below the 2nd apron to convert or sign another player(s) and remain under. They would need to create a roster spot.

Shams Charania: The Lakers are waiving Cam Reddish to create roster space for Goodwin, sources tell ESPN. Goodwin has grabbed at least one offensive rebound in 18 of his 19 games played, providing a spark for the Lakers off the bench.

Los Angeles Lakers fans received surprising news regarding Alex Len and Cam Reddish on Saturday morning. X account Legion Hoops shared an alleged report from Lakers insider Jovan Buha, which suggests the purple and gold were planning to cut Len, whom they signed after the trade deadline, and Reddish. Hours later, Buha cleared up the situation, stating that he never said such a thing about Len and Reddish.

A player on a two-way contract is ineligible for the playoffs. L.A. has until April 13, the last day of the regular season, to convert Goodwin or Jemison's contract to a standard NBA deal to have them available for the postseason. But the Lakers already have all 15 roster spots filled, so it would involve waiving a player to make it happen. Cam Reddish would be an obvious choice after falling out of the rotation, even with Rui Hachimura sitting out weeks because of a knee injury. He was already traded to the Charlotte Hornets this season before the Mark Williams deal was rescinded.
