Jared Weiss: The Celtics are signing PG Chris Clemons to an Exhibit 10 deal, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA . Clemons was a two-way player for the Rockets in’19-‘20 who had his deal converted to a full NBA contract before tearing his Achilles during preseason last year.
