The Hornets have officially signed four players, the team announced this week in a press release. While the Hornets didn’t reveal the terms of the deals in their release, Jaylen Sims, Tre Scott, Nathan Mensah, and Angelo Allegri all received Exhibit 10 contracts, Hoops Rumors can confirm.
Hornets President of Basketball Operations & General Manager Mitch Kupchak announced today the team has signed Angelo Allegri, Nathan Mensah, Tre Scott and Jaylen Sims. All four players played for the Hornets in the California Classic and NBA 2K24 summer leagues.
Michael Scotto: The Charlotte Hornets have agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal with Tre Scott, league sources told @hoopshype. Scott averaged 17.4 points on 53.8 percent shooting from the field for Charlotte’s G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm, last season.

Marla Ridenour: #Cavs sign guard Brandon Goodwin to a 10-day contract with the hardship exception and terminated the 10-day contract of Tre Scott, signed Dec. 22 with the same exception from the Cleveland Charge. Goodwin has been with the Knicks G-League affiliate.
JD Shaw: The Cavaliers have signed Tre Scott to a 10-day contract, the team announced.
