Bol Bol has officially landed in the Philippines. The former NBA big man is ready to go in anchoring the TNT Tropang 5G’s upcoming Commissioner's Cup campaign for the 2025-26 season of the Philippine Basketball Association. The Tropang 5G released images of Bol's arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa warmly welcomed him.

A DEAL that could finally pave the way for Bol Bol, a former NBA player and son of 7-7 beanpole Manute Bol, to play in the PBA wearing the TNT Tropang 5G uniform could be signed in the next two days. Sources told SPIN.ph that TNT management and Bol's camp are putting the finishing touches to a deal that could see the 7-3 Sudanese-American suit up in the coming Commissioner’s Cup, where there are no height restrictions for imports.

Jorge Sierra: Brook Lopez passed Manute Bol in blocks last night. Also: Devin Booker officially a Top 100 scorer in NBA history already.

Tim Hardaway: I tell you this: I think Bol Bol has the same abilities as Victor Wembanyama. I think Bol just hasn’t had the opportunity to show it, for whatever reason. But I see the same athletic ability in Bol that Wemby has. I don’t know if it’s confidence. I don’t know if the team isn’t giving him confidence. I don’t know if people just aren’t giving him the ball. But I tell you this—I’m always in Bol Bol’s corner because I see the potential in him and what he can do. It’s just that I don’t think he’s been given the right opportunity to go out there and prove himself like Victor has. You look at Wemby—he’s 7’5”, shooting one-legged runners from beyond the three-point line. Bol can do that too.

PHNX Suns: Tyus Jones on Bol Bol: "Honestly, he's just playing lights out, shooting with confidence, making plays, being active on defense, blocking shots, protecting the rim....So he's been huge for us, and we're gonna continue to need that moving forward"

Duane Rankin: "When you playing with Book, Brad and Kev, they're usually worried about them. Sometimes I'll get lost. All it takes is one dribble, make easy plays. Not try and do too much." 7-footer get lost? Had to ask as Bol Bol talks about opportunities to score playing with Devin Booker, pic.x.com/RIexsDsL7t

Duane Rankin: "It's definitely frustrating when you think you can help, but it's part of the NBA, you still got to stay with it and stay with the grind no matter what you're going through, playing or not playing." Duane Rankin: "We have to seriously consider how we can keep him in the game." Mike Budenholzer when asked about Bol Bol minutes moving forward when Suns become whole. 2nd straight strong game. 19 points, 7 rebounds, 4 blocks. #Suns pic.x.com/8XjP9l3tqh

Gerald Bourguet: Tyus Jones on Bol Bol's performance: "He affects the game in so many different ways, he's so unique. Uses his length extremely well, can shoot the 3, offensive rebounds, blocks, being active on defense....So just proud of him for staying ready for when his opportunity came." pic.x.com/8ahlcWI3zw

Gerald Bourguet: Mike Budenholzer confirms Devin Booker will warm up and they expect him to play, but he has to check that last box first. Grayson Allen has cleared concussion protocol but has shoulder soreness so they'll see how he feels. Bol Bol is available

Gerald Bourguet: The Suns have upgraded Devin Booker (left groin strain) and Bol Bol (left knee contusion) to questionable for tomorrow. Grayson Allen (concussion protocol) is probable. Royce O'Neale (left ankle sprain), Jusuf Nurkic (league suspension) and the three two-way guys are all out

Duane Rankin: Phoenix Suns coach Mike Budenholzer injury update: Royce O'Neale (ankle) didn't do anything in practice. Said imaging positive. Devin Booker (groin) and Grayson Allen (concussion protocol) participated in 5-on-5 Monday. Bol Bol (left knee contusion) didn't do live action #Suns
