Adam Aaronson: Nick Nurse seemed optimistic talking about the idea of Joel Embiid and Adem Bona playing together. He said that in those lineups, Embiid is the four and Bona is the five. Highlighted high-low passing, rebounding and rim protection as areas where that pairing can thrive.

Adam Aaronson: Adem Bona says he's still working on his jumper no matter whether coaches want him to do it in games or not. He hopes it can eventually be part of his arsenal.

The bond between us is excellent, and our team chemistry, both on and off the court, is incredible. I’m very excited to be a part of this team. This will be my first EuroBasket, and it’s a huge achievement for me. So, I’m very excited.” Bona admitted that Turkey’s goal is to win a medal. “One hundred percent. We have big goals as a team; we came here to win a medal. Winning a medal is a goal for us.”
