TJ McConnell (left knee soreness) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Boston. Johnny Furphy (left ankle sprain) is available.

Dustin Dopirak: Rick Carlisle says Johnny Furphy practiced with the Boom this morning/early afternoon before he was recalled. Said he's not sure they'll have him play a game with a Boom or not.

Dustin Dopirak: Carlisle said Johnny Furphy's situation is getting better and he's starting to do more activity on the floor. "I would think in the next couple weeks sometime." Says Kam Jones has recovered from his back injury but now begins a process of ramp-up to competition.

The Pacers have downgraded RayJ Dennis (low back sprain) to questionable) and Johnny Furphy (left foot bone bruise) to probable for Monday’s game against Milwaukee.

Dustin Dopirak: Two upgrades for the Pacers in the injury report. Johnny Furphy and Taelon Peter upgraded to questionable. Other six guys -- Nembhard, Mathurin, Toppin, McConnell, Jones and of course Haliburton -- are all out.

Rookie guard Taelon Peter also left the game with an injured groin. The Pacers are already missing All-Star point guard Tyrese Haliburton for the year with an Achilles tendon tear and they went into Saturday's game without veteran point guard T.J. McConnell (hamstring strain), starting point guard Andrew Nembhard (shoulder strain) rookie guard Kam Jones (back stress reaction), second-year wing Johnny Furphy (sore left foot) and productive two-way contract guard Quenton Jackson (hamstring strain). "On paper, we might have 10 or 11 guys tomorrow," Carlisle said. "We'll have to see."

Dustin Dopirak: Rick Carlisle said he expects Jarace Walker and Johnny Furphy to be available tomorrow. Quenton Jackson is out, but Carlisle said he’s making progress and hopes it’s “days, not weeks” before he returns but acknowledged he’s kind of spitballing there.

What’s Tyrese Haliburton like as a leader? What have you noticed playing around and next to him? Johnny Furphy: Yeah, I’ve never been around a player and a person like him. He’s got such a great personality—always willing to have a conversation. He’s the most talkative person ever.person like him. He’s got such a great persona You don’t really understand how much that brings to a team. He’s so valuable—just in the sense of his personality and how genuine he is. I feel pretty fortunate to have him as a teammate.

Tony East: Johnny Furphy assigned to the Mad Ants. Possible because the Mad Ants qualified for the playoffs and extended their season. Convinient because they earned the 4 seed and will play (and thus, practice) in Indianapolis.

Scott Agness: Pacers injury report for Wed. v Mavericks: - Haliburton, Siakam, Walker, Furphy all questionable. - Notable that Walker's injury, suffered in last night's win, is a right ankle sprain. Mavs without Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, Dante Exum & seven others... they've lost 8 of 9

Scott Agness: In addition to the three starters I reported out, Myles Turner and Johnny Furphy are not available tonight either. Timberwolves have won 8 in a row
