A home owned by Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant has been listed for sale. The home, located in Eads, Tennessee, is approximately 20-25 miles east of downtown Memphis. It is listed at $3.5 million by Keller Williams Realty.

A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of outgoing Spurs star Tim Duncan against an area real estate agency. According to attorneys for Duncan, the suit alleges Robert Elder of Keller Williams Realty manipulated an existing photograph of Duncan used for public art to appear as an advertisement for the realtor.
