Duane Rankin: Suns injury update at Lakers: Grayson Allen (illness) OUT, Ryan Dunn (right wrist sprain) IN. #Suns #LakeShow
Kellan Olson: Ryan Dunn and Mark Williams are out, per Suns. Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin remain questionable.

Duane Rankin: Suns coach Jordan Ott's injury update breakdown. Grayson Allen (right quad contusion) OUT tonight vs. Thunder: "Trending in the right way. Yesterday played full court. We're just continuing to see how he reacts after that. Everything is moving in a good direction." Isaiah Livers (right hip soreness) OUT: "Just from the last game, with his injury history, felt a little soreness. Woke up yesterday feeling it. Tried to test it out today. We'll just be mindful of him. In all that he's gone through to get to this point. So we'll be a little cautious with him." Livers msised all last season with hip injury. Plan for Ryan Dunn (right wrist sprain), Allen and Williams for 2nd of back-to-back Saturday vs Nuggets. Dunn OUT tonight. Williams has yet to play in 2nd of back-to-back this season in his first year with the Suns. "We're all in a good place going forward, but we've got to get through tonight. (Allen and Dunn) had work today, see how they come out of that and then Mark, we're going to play the game, see what happens. That's kind of been our approach, but all of it is trending in a good direction, but we know with all these things, it can get sideways pretty quick. We're in a good place. We know the schedule that's coming, too. We're again, in a three (games) in four (days). We'll do the best we can. We have a plan. We'll try to stay with it." Jalen Green (right hamstring strain) remains out.

Duane Rankin: "That's the challenge we've got right now." Suns coach Jordan Ott on looking to free up Devin Booker from the constant blitzes and doubles. Ott mentioned how having "new rotation players" factors into it as Grayson Allen (quad), Ryan Dunn (wrist) and Jalen Green (hamstring) are out with injuries. "It's a calculus we're trying to solve in real time, but he continues to make the right play. I thought in the first half against Houston, he made a ton of the right plays. We couldn't just crack it open with a couple of open looks that could've changed the dynamic even in the first half. Then we just ran out of gas in the second half (of a back-to-back). He's trying to figure it out in real time. We're trying to do the best we can to provide some solutions out there, but every night, it's a little bit different with the defenses that teams are throwing at us." #Suns

Duane Rankin: "He's been looking good in practice. If he goes today, I'm excited to play with him for the first time and see how he impacts the game." Suns forward Ryan Dunn about Jalen Green, who is set to make his Phoenix Suns debut.
Keith Smith: The Phoenix Suns have exercised their 2026-27 rookie scale team option for forward Ryan Dunn, a league source told @spotrac . This is Dunn's third-year option. He'll be under contract for next season at $2.8M.

Duane Rankin: "I"m tired of Oso talking." Royce O'Neale joking about Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro taking on a leadership role in Year 2. "Nah. I think it's good. It just shows they want to be leaders, try to take that next step. For everybody, communication is going to be big." #Suns

“So these younger guys, there was that kid Ryan (Dunn),” Micic continued. “He enjoyed training with KD. KD often has this kind of intimidating body language, but he’s actually a real chill guy, seriously, but simply, he has to keep his guard up for his own reasons, but he’s very open to talk with people and so on. He’s extremely intelligent.”
