"I think Bob does a great job of knowing our team and knowing who will fit in, who won't. Sometimes a guy can be really talented but he still can come in, he just doesn’t fit in of what we do. I think they do a great job of finding guys that fit. "Adding a guy like Otto Porter Jr., [Nemanja Bjelica] ... years past, adding an [Anderson Varejao], a Jonas Jerebko -- guys like that that might not be household names. [David West] comes in, they fit our culture, embrace what we do."

“I feel good. It’s getting better and better every year and the EuroLeague is getting better. I think a lot of EuroLeague teams can beat some of the NBA teams. I think my game is gonna translate well. I can shoot, I can pass, rebound, I’m just trying to make my team win”, Jonas Jerebko said.
The newcomer of Khimki Moscow Region in Jonas Jerebko revealed in an interview with Izvestia that his basketball idol growing up was Andrei Kirilenko: “No, I don’t know him but I played against him. He was one of my idols when I was growing up, I tried to be like him. He was the player whose game I expected to play with very great impatience when I was in the NBA. I even have a jersey with his autograph. He was one of those who I greatly admired, yes”, he said.
He is also looking forward to Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and a different style of basketball in general: “For the past nine years, I mainly watched only NBA games. Due to the busy schedule, I no longer had time for anything. But I really want to play basketball in the European style. It suits me very well, so it will be nice to show the best qualities. In addition, in the Euroleague, unlike the NBA regulars, every game matters, and this adds me adrenaline.”
Khimki Moscow Region added size and experience to its roster by inking versatile forward Jonas Jerebko to a two-year deal, the club announced on Wednesday. Jerebko (2.08 meters, 32 years old) arrives from Golden State of the NBA.
