Kevin Durant still has off-season love for Southern California, it would seem. Two summers ago, the perennial All-Star bounced out of his oceanfront Malibu villa, selling the $12.2 million house to “CSI” television franchise creator Anthony Zuiker. A professional move from the NBA’s Golden State Warriors to the Brooklyn Nets soon followed. But now Durant is back, and the 32-year-old holds the keys to a $15.6 million mansion in Hidden Hills, a celebrity-packed guard-gated city in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley.

It has been a dramatic off-season for Doc Rivers. In September, the Clippers coach was fired after seven seasons with the team following a disappointing defeat in the NBA Western Conference semifinals, then was hired as head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers less than a week later. The big move is accompanied by a big home sale, as the 59-year-old has unloaded his Malibu beach house for $12.25 million. Spanish in style, the two-story home enjoys an oceanfront spot in Malibu Cove Colony, one of L.A. County’s most expensive enclaves, with owners over the years including “The Brady Bunch” star Barry Williams and film producer Gianni Nunnari.
According to the Multiple Listing Service, he was originally asking $13.25 million for the Malibu home late last year but trimmed the price to $13 million over the summer.
Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker continue to spend time with one another. On Saturday, the pair were spotted enjoying a lunch date at Nobu Restaurant in Malibu, California, with her sister Kylie Jenner. For the weekend outing, the 24-year-old model rocked an animal print slip dress and sandals. Also at the same hotspot was Blake Griffin, whom Kendall dated in 2017 before parting ways in the spring of 2018.
Kendall Jenner was true to form -- as in looking amazing -- as she stepped out of Nobu restaurant in Malibu Saturday night, with a guy she's said in the past she's not dating, but if Kendall and NBA star Devin Booker are just friends, they're REALLY good friends. Kendall and Devin have chowed down at Nobu in the past. They've been seen together in various places over the last few months, including a road trip through Sedona, AZ. They've also been flirting online, so there's definitely some smoke here.

NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods still can't get enough of each other ... throwing on their masks and hitting up Nobu in Malibu for a sushi dinner Wednesday night. Which begs the question -- still buds, or is there something more going on here?? Of course, the rumors have been swirling since last year when they were spotted out in L.A. ... and the two have even appeared to quarantine together during the pandemic (which was pointed out by wildly-talented Instagram sleuths).
Doc Rivers, a former NBA All-Star player and championship coach, who since 2013 has been the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers, is looking to shake up his real estate portfolio, quietly listing a beachfront home in Malibu for nearly $13 million. The house was once owned by TV exec Don Ohlmeyer and leased by Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. Property records indicate the former point guard, who led the Clippers to the playoffs last year but lost in six games to the Golden State Warriors, purchased the Spanish-style residence in 2017 for a bit more than $9.5 million. A quick comparison with online listings at the time of his purchase show the four-bedroom and 5.5-bathroom home, located in a prestigious guard-gated enclave, was subsequently renovated in a relaxed, contemporary style that offers panoramic coastline and endless ocean and sunset views.
Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker are still going strong -- hitting up the most expensive sushi spot in town Monday ... just weeks before Devin has to get back to work! The two rolled through Nobu in Malibu and left in the same SUV -- roughly one month after they were spotted on a road trip together in Arizona.
"I want the show to be like nothing anyone has ever seen before," he told Reuters during a phone interview from his home in Malibu. "A lot of different athletes have different routines but I feel like I'm in my own lane," he said. "I want to be able to share that part of my life with other athletes and fans and anybody who is interested in it. As much as we can spread knowledge, it only helps us grow."
