Steven Spielberg’s daughter, Destry, attended her first courtside Knicks game Monday night, and the NBA stars weren’t the only thing she was up close and personal with. On Tuesday, Destry Spielberg shared to her Instagram story a zoomed in photo of her at Madison Square Garden making a rather disgusted face. Upon clicking to the next photo, viewers see what caused the discomfort.  Spielberg had just one single seat between her and comedian Tracy Morgan when the latter began vomiting on the floor, causing the Knicks-Heat game to be put on pause. Following the lighthearted photos of her reacting to the concerning incident, Spielberg then shared her best wishes for Morgan. “Genuinely so glad hes okay,” Spielberg wrote on her Instagram story. “Honestly thank you for making my first courtside game one to remember. I will never forget this one.”

From then until now, the project had starts and stops, Silver told USA TODAY Sports. At one time, Spike Lee was in talks to direct the project. For almost a year, there were conversations with Danny DeVito to produce. And there were discussions with Ross Greenburg, the one-time president of HBO Sports, and film producer Frank Marshall, a longtime business partner of Steve Spielberg. But Jordan also needed to be comfortable with the timing of the release, and Silver said, "I used to joke with Michael over the years about it. I think one of the reasons it didn’t get done over those years was because he was not all that excited about it happening. He’s remained a very private person over the years, and with a longer perspective on his career, he was able to come to terms with it. "You see a side of Michael that everyone around the NBA was aware of. He has such a polished image, and there’s nothing in this that’s unpolished. But you see a raw Michael and how incredibly competitive he is. There’s a roughness to that and that may surprise a lot of people."

Kobe Bryant is getting advice from Steven Spielberg, J.J. Abrams and Jerry Bruckheimer as he redirects his competitive drive from professional basketball to his publishing and production company. One month after retiring from the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers star has a new daily routine. "I get up early and I train and I work out. Then I go to the office," Bryant said in an interview. He spends much of his day "kicking around ideas" with his staff of 10 full-time employees at Newport Beach, California-based Kobe Inc. - and calls up those Hollywood heavyweights for guidance.

Jim Gray joined The Dan Patrick Show to talk about how he feels about The Decision on year later, how the whole thing came about, whether or not he knew where LeBron was going before the announcement was made, if he had a gut feeling where he was going when he saw him that night, and if he would do it all over again if he had the option. How the idea came about: “I was with my wife and I think it was game two of the NBA Finals between the Celtics and the Lakers in Los Angeles at the Staples Center and I was sitting in the stands and walked down at halftime to say hello to Maverick Carter, who was sitting in the front row with Ari Emanuel. We just got to talking and David Geffen, one of Jeffrey Katzenberg’s and Steven Spielberg’s partners was sitting with him as well and we just got to talking and I said to Maverick it’s going to be an interesting summer and I would like to do the first interview with LeBron when he decides on his team. He said you know we can think about that, that’s not a bad idea.
