Indications from both parties are that there is a willingness to put the bitterness of their dispute behind them and move forward in an amicable manner. The battle is over, so there is no desire to extend it in front of the public. It is the end of an era in Minnesota. Taylor saved the Wolves from moving to New Orleans when he swooped in and bought them in 1994. He built a Lynx organization that has won four championships and been to the WNBA Finals seven times. As he prepares to depart, the Timberwolves might be in the best shape they have ever been in from a competitive standpoint.
One more thing to keep an eye on: they’re going to work to rekindle that relationship with Kevin Garnett. Garnett still hasn’t had his No. 21 “Big Ticket” jersey retired. He refused to do so with Glen Taylor as owner. I expect that to change, and I expect more conversations about a potential role for Garnett within the organization alongside A-Rod and Lore.
After years long battle, Glen Taylor and Marc Lore-Alex Rodriguez have agreed to complete full ownership to Lore-Rodriguez, sources tell ESPN. Taylor will not appeal Minnesota arbitrators that ruled in favor of Lore-Rodriguez in February. NBA will start transfer process.

Jon Krawczynski: Confirmed that Glen Taylor and Marc Lore/Alex Rodriguez have an agreement in place on a transfer of ownership of the Wolves and Lynx. A long, difficult battle now goes to the NBA league approval
When Edey was drafted, general manager Zach Kleiman pointed out how Memphis wanted to be enforcers by punishing teams that played small against the Grizzlies, instead of just subbing out Edey to go small. However, Jenkins' usage of the 7-foot-4 rookie suggests different. Edey has started in 47 of his 58 games played. He has come off the bench in the past three games. "Zach (Kleiman) blamed Taylor. Taylor blamed Zach. No one takes accountability for absolutely anything," a league source told The Commercial Appeal.
Sources around the league are paying close attention to the valuation of the winning bid. The record sale price for the controlling stake in an NBA team remains the $4 billion Mat Ishbia paid for the Suns two years ago. The Celtics' final sale price could factor into potential NBA expansion, sources said, with several anticipating that process not beginning before the sale of the Celtics is concluded. Longtime Wolves owner Glen Taylor and potential new owners Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez have been in a protracted battle for control of the team.

There were two clues why smart people felt Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez would prevail over Glen Taylor in the recent arbitration case for the $1.5 billion sale of the Timberwolves and Lynx. First was when Michael Bloomberg, reportedly worth more than $100 billion, joined Lore and Rodriguez to infuse cash for ownership. Secondly, last fall while the arbitration hearing was underway, Taylor’s lawyers quietly subpoenaed the NBA for records and assorted documents, which couldn’t have delighted the league.
Tim Bontemps: Adam Silver says that Glen Taylor still has a decision to make on appealing the arbitration ruling in the Wolves ownership case, but that if he doesn’t Silver “doesn’t see why” the Board of Governors wouldn’t approve Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez as the team’s new owners.
Shams Charania: Taylor: "Becky and I were disappointed by this 2-1 decision from the panel. We will review the decision thoroughly prior to making any further comment. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Timberwolves and Lynx players, staff, and loyal fans for their support.”
Chris Mannix: The Board of Governors vote could be fascinating. A-Rod/Lore need 23 of 30 votes. Taylor is a former BOG chairman with a long history with Adam Silver. Will Taylor accept the ruling and go quietly? Will he fight it at BOG level?
